Tomorrow Sunday, August 22nd is the Wilkes Barre Triathlon.\u00a0 As all residents are aware there are many street closures not only in Harveys Lake, but also in other areas of the Back Mountain.\u00a0 Please watch for these street closures as you are out and about.\u00a0 In addition to Harveys Lake Police, we will also have Fire Police at many of the intersections that will be closed, please follow any and all direction given by them.<\/p>\n
We will also have Water Rescue personnel in boats on the lake in the area of the swimming portion of the triathlon.\u00a0 We ask that all boats not involved with the triathlon to stay clear of the swim area for not only the swimmers safety, but rescue personnel as well.<\/p>\n
